Our fast food restaurant was founded in 2012 with the idea to offer delicious and quality dishes for all connoisseurs of good food. Starting with a small establishment specializing in burgers, hot dogs and our signature mackerel sandwich, we gradually grew into a chain of restaurants.
Today, Fish and bread is six cozy branches located in convenient locations throughout the city, and we continue to evolve and improve.
We pride ourselves on using only organic lamb, beef and poultry from our own farms, as well as fresh vegetables and baked goods from trusted suppliers. Our pastry chefs create unique desserts, and our coffee is served only from the best brands to keep your spirits up throughout the day.
Our diverse menu features authentic Turkish dishes such as various kebabs, donars, pideh and durum, as well as popular burgers, appetizers, fast food specialties and our unique signature sandwich with fresh mackerel straight from Norway, which recently sailed the icy waters of the North Sea and Atlantic.
