The pide assortment includes three types of fillings: meat, cheese and minced meat. The meat filling consists of marinated beef slices. The cheese filling includes grated mozzarella cheese. The minced meat filling is made from finely chopped meat with onions, various spices and herbs. After baking, the filling is evenly distributed over the surface of the pide.
